Naledi Pandor said that the deference to the colonial criminals at the security council happened when the UN was half its current size. The liberated states need to rework how the General Assembly can ensure civilians aren’t killed by any power to the detriment of the conventions.

Time has changed. Before a new organization is up to replace the UN, I think the five permanent members of the security council can stay on, but there should be no veto right or very restrictive usage (like twice a year max).
